We have Client Manager and Project Coordinator positions available in our Client Management department. 3-5 years of office furniture industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Client Managers are responsible for acting as the single point-of-contact between COFCO Account Executives and clients to ensure a satisfactory customer experience, including coordinating all dealer activities, services, orders and facilitating the day to day interaction for each assigned account.
Project Coordinators work closely with Logistics, Scheduling & Client Management to coordinate details of delivery, installation and other operations functions related to a job as well as following up after the execution of a job.
