Account Executive, COFCO

Logistics Coordinator – Philadelphia, PA

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the rest of the team to coordinate details of the delivery, installation and other operations functions related to a job as well as following up after the execution of a job. This position requires collaboration with each department within the company as well as with clients to ensure that product moves through the system to produce on time and complete jobs.

E S S E N T I A L   D U T I E S   A N D   R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

1. Works with Logistics team to complete scheduling.
2. Schedules outbound deliveries with clients.
3. Coordinates deliveries with in-house personnel to ensure all information is clear and organized.
4. Coordinates with drivers, installers, and subcontractors to help ensure the execution of delivery and installation jobs.
5. Works with co-workers and installers to order and coordinate the delivery and completion of said punch items.
6. Communicate clearly, concisely and professionally with client to ensure successful projects for both the client and COFCO.
7. Cross trains with the rest of the Logistics team to cover those positions when necessary.
8. Assists with answering general phone calls.
9. Assists warehouse manager when needed.
10. Conducts general office functions.
11. Understanding the receiving functions to provide back-up as required.
12. Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
13. Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organization needs.
14. Represents COFCO in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.

EDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE

      • General computer& software operating knowledge
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Some post-secondary education preferred

Senior Designer – Washington D.C. 

The Senior Designer is responsible for providing a senior leadership perspective regarding experience and product knowledge to the entire design team. He/she will offer design services to dealership customers, including site/inventory verifications, programming, space planning, typical development, color boards, working/installation drawings, specifications and site-to-plan review. The Senior Designer will work closely with dealership sales, order entry and installation groups, as well as customers, to ensure accurate plans and specifications, conformance to client’s requirements, customer satisfaction and high-quality project implementation.

  1. Attends client planning meetings; presents plans and information to customer for review and approval.
  2. Develops and presents block and space plans; gains customer approval.
  3. Develops and presents color/finish boards and selections; gains customer approval.
  4. Develops finished working drawings for specification and installation; validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and A&D drawings sets; gains customer approval.
  5. Develops product specifications; double-checks specifications against plans; gets specifications order- entry ready.
  6. Designs and maintains showrooms.
  7. Maintains detailed and extensive project documentation, including records of all key decisions, phone conversations, approvals and sign-offs, and notes from all project planning meetings.
  8. Provides Director of Design with record of projects and work schedule.
  9. Attends sales, design, and product meetings/training when applicable.
  10. Conducts responsible interfaces with: client, contractor and subcontractor and subcontractor trades, client’s A&D firm, electrician, client’s IT group, etc.

Interior Designer – Washington, D.C.

Project Manager – Washington, D.C. 

The Project Manager is responsible for working in conjunction with Account Executives and customer service during the quotation and sale process.  He/she will assume primary responsibility for the success of the project once sale is made through complete punch list.  The Project Manager is responsible for the completion of a successful project after point of sale.

  1. Provides single point of contact for customer for all project communications.
  2. Provides professional customer interface and client relations throughout project.
  3. Responsible for customer sign-offs, approvals and formal paperwork.
  4. Works in conjunction with project management team through the entire project scope.
  5. Develops work plan, schedule and logistics based on overall project parameters.
  6. Reviews project site, plans and product specifications.
  7. Assists in establishing fees, developing quote/presentation and making presentation to customer.
  8. Provides technical consultation to customer and customer’s team.
  9. Maintains detailed project documentation.
  10. Provides timely, formal written communications throughout project to client, dealer and project team.
  11. Manages accurate and detailed record keeping.
  12. Reviews technical services’ plans and specifications for accuracy, completeness and correct product application.
  13. Coordinates with customer service for order entry notes and product delivery scheduling.
  14. Reviews acknowledgements and ship dates for adherence to original requirements.
  15. Interfaces with factory, as necessary, regarding shipping schedules and special instructions for manufacturing/shipping.
  16. Supervises site installation, including performance of work, installation administration and timeliness of task completion.
  17. Ability to produce takeoffs, specifications and order ready documentation if required
  18. Ability to analyze, plan, schedule and implement project installation
  19. Ensures field paperwork is complete, and delivered in a timely manner.
  20. Walks project and develops punch list; responsible for punch list resolution.
  21. Confirms project completion and ensures all invoicing is timely and accurate.
  22. Manages all final project close-out requirements, including lien releases, contract requirements, client sign-offs, etc.
  23. Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
  24. Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organization needs.
