Gallaudet University

Founded in 1864, Gallaudet University is a private university for the education of the deaf and hard of hearing located in Washington, DC.

COFCO worked with Fletcher Project Management and BKP Architects to design a fun and creative rathskeller for its students, while maintaining inclusivity and spatial awareness.

 The Gallaudet project was particularly interesting as the COFCO Team was required to communicate through an interpreter to work through the intricacies of the specific guidelines necessary to provide solutions that would accommodate the unique needs of their students.
