In the summer of 2020, Brandywine released a bid for a Spec Suite project that would span over multiple locations in the Philadelphia area.
COFCO worked closely with Brandywine’s Designer through the design process to come up with a suitable solution that would accommodate the move-in ready, speed-to-market standard they were looking to achieve. COFCO not only proposed the best solution, but came in with the most affordable bid, which included standard typical workstations, offices, reception, and ancillary products.
In November 2020, COFCO began the first installation, and have installed over 8 suites since then. Due to their success in Philadelphia, these spec suites have now spread into Virginia.
Design & Logistics Challenge:
Brandywine had a tenant who was interested in procuring one of the spec suites but had previously purchased their own furniture. At this point the suite’s furniture was already ordered and delivered by COFCO. Immediately, COFCO’s Account Executive and Designer went to work creating a solution that would allow Brandywine to successfully utilize this furniture in 3 additional suites.
