Case Study #3 Titanium Metals Corporation - Exton, Pennsylvania “With our move from Denver to Exton having a very short timetable, Cofco stepped up and delivered quality products and great support on time. With their help, we were able to successfully achieve our required move-in date.” --Joe Hough Senior Project TIMET             Project 24,000 square feet were developed for a relocation of the Titanium Metals Corporation’s (TIMET) Operational Headquarters from Denver, Colorado to Exton, PA. TIMET is one of the world’s largest supplier of high-quality titanium metal products and a company that is clearly leading its industry into the future development of titanium. Process Cofco worked with TIMET to provide temporary furniture while they developed their overall requirements for their new operational headquarters. As TIMET began to settle on their real estate and clearly define the parameters of their new space, Cofco helped create their specifications and led the charge for all of the furniture related to this project. The price, quality and delivery guaranteed by both Gunlocke and Allsteel met all of TIMET’s requirements and the overall Gunlocke, Allsteel, Cofco value proposition provided an outstanding solution for them. Additionally, Cofco’s responsiveness and ability to deliver and install the product within a critical timeline was key to the successful completion of the product.
