We insist that after the completion of each installation, the client do a “walk-through” with our project manager and/or account manager to make sure that they are totally satisfied. It is important to us that each project meets or exceeds the expectations of our customer. Commonly, there are some items identified on most installations that need additional attention. One of our team goals at COFCO is to have no “punch list” items at all. Although this happens often, it is not unusual for us to have to address some issues post-installation.

Our project managers are trained to attend to all issues as quickly as possible by getting any required parts on order and by creating a detailed service order. At COFCO, we realize that multiple return trips to the jobsite are costly for both the client and COFCO--and disruptive as well. We want to complete the “punch list” as soon as we possibly can and with the fewest amount of service calls. One way that we can speed up this process is by having commonly-needed parts in our stock as well as an inventory of high quality touch-up materials. Our service technicians are masters of what they do and average over 20 years of experience in their field. While possessing excellent mechanical skills, they are also “artists” when it comes to wood and metal touch-up capabilities. All have successfully completed the Mohawk Refinishing courses. Post-graduation, they also make sure to stay abreast of any new materials on the market and new techniques that become available.

COFCO service technicians work in conjunction with our project managers to complete each and every “punch list” swiftly and professionally. At COFCO we believe that a strong performance by COFCO in this area will add to the client experience and thereby further enhance our chances of winning their next project.
