COFCO recently announced a partnership with Burlington Stores to provide workplace solutions for their brand new corporate headquarters located in Florence Township, New Jersey. COFCO and Burlington worked with KSS Architects, in Princeton, NJ, to make this multi-million dollar project a success.
“When we made our final decision, COFCO was awarded the job because we all felt incredibly comfortable knowing that they would help us realize our vision for the new headquarters,” said Shirley Culman, vice president, facilities. “They are true collaborators and their attention to even the smallest details allows the Burlington team to focus on the overall project execution.”
Construction began on Burlington’s 215,000 square foot corporate headquarters in the spring of 2013. The multi-story building is being built on 50 acres of undeveloped land and the sleek, modern building will house more than 800 employees. The state-of-the-art facilities include a fitness center, outdoor meeting and lunch space, gourmet cafeteria and open collaborative workspaces.

The multi-million dollar project is scheduled for completion, Summer 2014.
